Unlike traditional cloud PDF services that send your files to remote web servers, PDF Editor runs entirely inside your web browser using WebAssembly.

• Your documents, images, scans, and signatures are never transmitted over the network.
• There is no account creation, so no user profiles or stored document copies exist on our servers.
• Password protection, encryption, and unlocking occur solely within your local device memory.

We do not collect personal document contents, metadata, or reading history. The server only delivers static application assets (HTML, CSS, WebAssembly binaries, and font subsets).

Because no data is transferred or retained, PDF Editor is inherently compliant with strict confidentiality standards, making it safe for legal, financial, and healthcare paperwork.
