Add text to PDF: questions and answers
Can I use this to fill in a PDF form?
Yes, by typing on top of the page. You place text and check marks where the blanks are. The tool does not detect interactive form fields.
Can I change the text after I place it?
Yes. Click the text to edit, move, resize or delete it at any time before you download.
Can I cover up existing text?
Use whiteout to cover an area and then type over it. Whiteout hides content visually; it is not a secure redaction tool, because the covered content may remain in the file.
