Convert Excel to PDF

Turn an .xlsx file into a PDF without installing anything.

Files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded.

The file is converted on your device and opens straight in the editor, where you can fix a word, add a signature or reorder pages before downloading. Conversion keeps text, headings, lists, tables and pictures, with basic formatting. It does not reproduce every detail of the original layout, and it tells you what it left out.

How to convert Excel to PDF

  1. Select Choose a file to convert and pick an .xlsx file.
  2. Wait a moment while it is converted on your device.
  3. Review the PDF in the editor; a note lists anything that was left out.
  4. Select Download.

What you get

  • Every sheet, as a table

Each sheet becomes a titled table of its used cells. Wide sheets turn landscape or split into column bands.

  • Opens in the editor

The result is a normal PDF with real, selectable text, ready to edit, sign or merge.

  • Stays on your device

The file is converted in your browser. It is not uploaded, and it works without a connection once the app has been opened.

  • Basic fidelity by design

It aims for a clean, readable document rather than an exact copy of the original program's layout.
